About Us

Advancing the Science of Intelligence

Quiet intelligence. Clear decisions.

Who Are We?

Himitsu Lab Pte. Ltd. is an independent Artificial Intelligence research organization focused on the foundations of Advanced Artificial Intelligence. As an AI research center since 2019, we have studied how Native AI intelligent systems perceive complex environments, form internal understanding, reason explicitly, and operate safely under real-world uncertainty.

What We Research?

We develop Native AI Intelligence through five interconnected research programmes:

  • World Model+ Decision Architecture
  • Cognitive & Reasoning Models
  • Swarm & Distributed Intelligence
  • Quantum Security & Long-Horizon Risk
  • Physical & Embodied AI

These programmes explore how AI perceives structure, collaborates with agents, updates uncertainty, and acts responsibly across digital and physical domains.

How We Approach Native AI Intelligence?

Our AI research integrates cognitive modelling, advanced architecture, distributed intelligence, and long-horizon security.

Across these areas, we emphasise:

  • Internal world understanding
  • Uncertainty-aware reasoning
  • Safe, well-timed action

Why Physical & Embodied AI Matters?

As AI become part of robots, drones, autonomous devices, and embodied platforms, decision-making must account for noise, motion, material constraints, and human proximity.

We study how such systems:

  • navigate dynamic environments
  • adapt safely
  • operate alongside people and infrastructure

From Research to Platforms

Beginning in 2026, selected research programmes will transition into carefully governed, enterprise-grade platforms:

  • Business AI — decision intelligence and automation
  • Cybersecurity AI — predictive and autonomous defence
  • Physical AI — real-world autonomous operations

These transitions are deliberate, long-horizon, and research-led.

Our Role

We are researchers first.

Our mission is to deepen understanding, share responsible insights, and translate validated work into systems that strengthen intelligent, secure, and resilient organisations.
